Job Description

A Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader will maintain our Commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc. The ideal candidate will oversee 2 to 7 people on a crew at any given time.

MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

Responsibilities

·         Use equipment safely and efficiently.

·         Report any issues that are seen outside of the task performed while working.

·         Report to work on time.

Requirements

·         Experience with zero-turn mowers.

·         Must have 1-year minimum experience as a Crew Leader.

·         No scheduling conflicts must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed.

·         Positive attitude and work ethic.

·         Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer days.

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs.

·         Valid Colorado Driver’s License.

·         Clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

·         Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming.

·         Snow removal experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Compensation

·         $21-24/hr. depending on experience.
