Job Description

 A Landscape Maintenance Crew Member will maintain our commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc.

MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBERS

Responsibilities

·         Use equipment safely and efficiently.

·         Report any issues are seen outside of task performed while working.

·         Report to work on time.

·         Available for snow removal at a moment’s notice.

Requirements

·         Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed.

·         No scheduling conflicts.

·         Positive attitude and work ethic.

·         Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer on a daily basis.

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs.

·         Available for snow removal at a moment’s notice.

Preferred Skills

·         Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming.

·         Snow removal experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Compensation

·         $16-18/hr. Depending on Experience.

Safety Maintenance and Training

·         Make sure that all equipment and trailers are loaded or attached properly and are to DOT specifications.

·         Maintain trucks, trailers and equipment on a regular basis to prevent field failures and safety hazards.

·         Awareness of aging tools that may need replacement or repair.
